Building: Madison Elementary School, Warsaw Community School, Warsaw, Indiana
Comments: For Madison Elementary, the old gymnasium was also the stage and the cafeteria. The gym was too small and the set up time between gym classes and lunch was difficult. The new gymnasium offers new educational opportunities. The new kitchen makes the lunch times work much better and new classrooms allow the school to add special projects to their curriculum.
Building: Warsaw Community Schools Administration Building
Comments: The new administration facility houses offices, board rooms, training rooms, staff areas, break rooms, and reception areas along with loading docks for text books and equipment.
Building: Warsaw Community High School, Warsaw, Indiana
Comments: Scearce Rudisel worked in conjunction with Schmidt Associates to design the new auditorium and sports complex for Warsaw Community High School.
Building: Grace Baptist School, Plymouth, Indiana
Comments: The Grace Baptist School is a private Christian school built on a tight budget. This is a project completed in conjunction with Easterday Construction Company.
Building: Westminster Hall, Grace College, Winona Lake, Indiana
Comments: The Westminster Hall is a dormitory and community meeting room space on the Grace College Campus. The building also houses a museum, a Student Grille, Study rooms, and Distance Education Classroom. Grace College purchased this building as an abandoned building next to campus. It was a severely deteriorated old hotel. The restoration results in an asset to the campus as well as the community.
