Building: Goshen Mayor’s Office restored Carnegie Library
Comments: The city of Goshen received an award from Indiana Mainstreet for the design and re-use of the historic landmark Carnegie Library as the new Mayor’s office and utilities office. Historic Guidelines were used to repair, restore and re-use the existing structure for its new services. This project was published on the cover of the “Indiana Preservationist” Magazine.

Building: Dr. James Ford Historic Home, Wabash, Indiana
Comments: The award winning Dr. James Ford Historic Home was completed using the Historic Landmarks guidelines. It is a home museum of life in the Victorian era in the Midwest. Dr. James Ford was a medical doctor, an inventor, a surgeon in the Civil War, and an architect. Building: Kosciusko County Courthouse Restoration, Warsaw, Indiana
Comments: The restoration project was completed in 3 phases and accomplished protection of the building from serious water issues as well as restoring and preserving the facility for the next generation. Studies were made of historic details including restoration of historic light fixtures and painting schemes. The project was completed at one third the anticipated cost. The work was published in the “Indiana Preservationist” magazine.
