Building: Glover Pavilion, Warsaw, Indiana
Comments: A gift to the community was the source for this new park pavilion in Center Lake Park, Warsaw. All around the upper section of the pavilion are modified letter ”G’s” for the name of the benefactor of the new shelter. It is created for music concerts and provides structure for speakers and lighting for performances in the park. It also is available for weddings and gatherings in the park on special occasions.

Building: Bourbon Library, Bourbon, Indiana
Comments: Two additions have been made to the Bourbon Library. New meeting rooms, children’s room, and circulation areas were included in the project.

Building: Bell Memorial Library, Mentone, Indiana
Comments: The site for this project was an IDEM abandoned factory. The final result is a wonderful community center housing the library, day care, community room, and senior citizen center. Portions of the factory were re-used in the final design.

Building: Warsaw Community Library, Warsaw, Indiana
Comments: Scearce Rudisel Architects added a new elevator and new entrance to the Warsaw Community Public Library solving issues with accessibility, with safety and climate control and with deteriorating materials. The new materials are LEED products.

Building: Dr. James Ford Historic Home Museum, Wabash, Indiana
Comments: The award winning Dr. James Ford Historic Home was completed using the Historic Landmarks guidelines. It is a home museum of life in the Victorian era in the Midwest. Dr. James Ford was a medical doctor, an inventor, a General in the Civil War, and an architect. Further information on the home and visiting hours are available on the web site.

Building: Milford Public Library,Milford, Indiana.
Comments: The addition to the Milford Public Library tripled the size of the historic Carnegie building. The new facility has children's rooms, meeting rooms, adult circulation, and new accessible entrances. Architectural details mimic the historic portion of the building.
